Description: The Siamese Fighting Fish, also more commonly known as a Betta, is a small species of gourami fish that is very popular as an aquarium fish, they may look beautiful in a fish tank, but they can be very aggressive and territorial.  These fish can come in a wide variety of colors, from simple colors like red, black, orange or blue, to more rarer colorings like turquoise, copper, metallic and lavender.  There are even variations for the fins, such as the crown tail, half-moon, feather tail, elephant ear, and double tail or full moon just to name a few variations.  It is not a good idea to have Siamese Fighting Fish in with others of the same gender or other species if the tank is too small, the males will fight each other and it usually ends up with one or both fish being killed, even the females are this territorial, it isn't even recommended to keep males and females together unless for breeding purposes, they are THAT territorial.

Personal Thoughts: I always see these fish in pet stores with their own separate tanks away from other fish, now I know why, I once had fish before, not this kind of fish though, after they passed, we chose to not raise fish again for a while, as it was very hard work.  Anyways, the one in the game is pretty good, though I didn't see any variants, maybe I was just unlucky when placing them, they work great as a place-able ambient animal, it has no bugs or glitches and the modeling and textures are accurate compared to the real animal.
